The steps that you’re going to need to build a Gazebo

1. Preparation

First, be sure to get your directions together, and make sure that you have all your supplies, pieces, and tools that you need right at hand. Next, you have to figure out where you want to construct the gazebo and make sure that you have enough property for the construction.

2. Rim and Framework

Then, gather up the sections that you’re going to use for the rim and set them to create a parameter. Screw them together. Once you have a framework together, then start to fix together the floor joists. These are then end up looking like wheel spokes when you put them inside of the rim pieces. Make sure to have the support block peace in the middle. When everything is done, it’s going to look like a star-shaped with six sides.

3. Floor Pieces

Now, you’re going to install the floor panels. Make sure to lay them down on each of the rims. Set them into use section with more screws or nails. Once you have all their floor panels together, then you can start to put up your wall panels.

4. Wall Panels

Take the wall panels and stand them up. Screw them into place. Make sure that each of the wall panels are attached to the floor joists, and the other wall sections. You’re probably going to need more than one person to do this, so that everything is fits together properly,and so that it won’t fall over. Plan out in advance where you’re going to place the door.

5. Wooden Gussets

Once you have your panels in place, make sure to reinforce them with your wood gussets. This is to keep them in place. The wood gussets overlaps the wall panels,and is screwed together. This will help them stay attached better.

6. Attaching Rafters

Next, you’re going to install the rafters. These act as your roof foundation. Take the rafter pieces and attach them to the center block. This is going to be the peak of your gazebo. This is also the place of the roof where your panels and shingles will go on top of. It has to be absolutely secured and waterproof.

7. Roof Panels and Shingles

Finally, attach the roofing panels. Place one on top of the raft sections, a new screws or nails to hold them together. Once you have all your panels together then it’s time to attach the shingles. Make sure they overlaps to help keep the moisture out and mailed them in place to make your pattern proper. As you can see, it’s quite simple to build a gazebo, using gazebo plans.
